At a time when many shows have faced the axe due to drop in TRPs, Anupamaa is going strong. The daily soap will complete four successful years in July 2024.

Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's Anupamaa co-star Mehul Nisar has bagged a new show. The talented actor will join the cast of Suhagaan, which airs on Colors channel. Suhaagan will soon take a generation leap following which the lead cast will bid adieu to the show.

When we asked a reliable source about the same, he quipped, "Please don't believe the rumours. He is very much a part of Anupamaa. Mehul Nissar will shoot for both the shows on different dates. The production house is cooperative and has allowed the actor to take up other projects."
