Anupamaa TWIST: Popular TV Actor To Return To Rupali Ganguly-Gaurav Khanna's Show To Reunite MaAn?

Anupamaa twist: Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's show has been churning out melodramatic episodes ever since the America track was introduced in the storyline. At a time when many daily soaps have faced the axe, Anupamaa has been entertaining the audience for the past three years.

ANUPAMAA UPDATE, NEW ENTRY

After Sukriti Kandpal and Aurra Bhatnagar, the makers have roped in another TV star to play an important role. Sumbul Touqeer's Kavya Ek Jabzaa Ek Junoon co-star Parakh Madan will be seen as Yashdeep's former girlfriend in the show.

The actress has confirmed her entry in the serial, adding that she will play a crucial role in Anupama's life amid her separation from Anuj Kapadia.

WILL SAGAR PAREKH RETURN TO ANUPAMAA?

Speculations were rife that Sagar Parekh would play the lookalike of Samarth in the serial. He was rumoured to be making his comeback to the show after Anupama and Anuj's separation. Gossip mills suggested that he would play a mentally unstable person, who would bump into Anupama.

Being the mother she is, Anupamaa was said to take care of Samarth's lookalike. Is Sagar Parekh returning to Anupama serial soon? The actor, who entered Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 as a wildcard contestant, spilled the beans about his rumoured entry. Will he reunite MaAn aka Anupama-Anuj in the show? Sagar stated that he read the news about his comeback to Anupama, adding that he was surprised as there was no truth to the rumour. Is the TV star ready to return to the hit show somewhere down the line? He told Pinkvilla, "Having said that, I would love to return to the show if they offer me and if my character is given a new dimension and if I get to perform it nicely."

Sagar added that it would be a pleasure to return to the number one show on Indian television. Anupamaa was pushed to the number two spot by Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. After Samar's death, Rupali Ganguly's drama witnessed a drop in its viewership; however, the makers managed to bounce back by adding a new twist in the tale.
