Anupama and Anuj, in these six months, have faced hindrances and hurdles. The promo also depicts Anupama and Anuj's encounter for the first time after the unforseen circumstances that had taken place set them apart. It is during this encounter at the temple that Anuj ignores Anupama, which leaves her shattered. Anupama is surprised to watch Anuj in a devastated and distressed state. Will Anupama and Anuj reunite? What will unfold in the lives of Anupama and Anuj is something to watch out for!

As the audience is going to be treated to immense drama and twists and turns as the upcoming episodes unfold, there is good news for Anupama fans. There are some fresh and new faces added to the cast. Nitin Babu and Akshita Tiwari are seen playing pivotal roles in the show Anupama! Nitin portrays the character of Sagar, and Akshita essays the role of Nandhita.
