After the USA track received a mixed response from the audience, the creative team decided to separate Anupama and Anuj once again. While Anuj's mental health has been affected due to his separation from Aadhya, Anupama has moved on in her life. However, she still wishes to see Aadhya and Anuj together.

Vanraj and Kavya's separation sparked rumours about Madalsa Sharma's exit from Anupamaa. Reacting to the same, the actress said that she is not 'going anywhere'. She confirmed that she is an integral part of the daily soap and has no plans to bid adieu.

"Currently, Kavya is not in the show, as the makers are building some suspense," Madalsa told India Forums. She didn't divulge details about her comeback but promised that 'Kavya will return with a bang'.

Anupamaa also features Sudhanshu Pandey, Nidhi Shah, Nishi Saxena, Aurra Bhatnagar in pivotal roles. The show is the Hindi remake of Bengali drama Sreemoyee.
