TRP REPORT Week 33: Anupamaa, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Lead Top 10 Shows List

TRP of Hindi serials: The BARC TRP ratings for week 33 of 2024 have been released on Thursday (August 22). Guess what? There has been quite a few changes in the ranking of your favourite TV shows like Anupamaa, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Jhanak, Laughter Chefs and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

CHANNEL WAR

Star Plus is reigning supreme as the number one Hindi channel in India. It has maximum daily soaps in the list of top ten shows in week 33. Anupamaa, Jhanak, Advocate Anjali Awasthy, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Udne Ki Aasha and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin secured spots in the list.

Colors channel is placed at number two position with three shows in the coveted list. Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 and Laughter Chefs performed well in the current week. Shiv Shakti-Tap Tyaag Tandav also secured a spot while Sony SAB's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah also entered the list with a TVR of 1.7.

No shows from Sony Entertainment Television or Zee TV could garner ratings that were enough to make them a part of the list of top ten serials.

KBC 16 TRP: KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI TURNS OUT TO BE A FLOP

Sony Entertainment Television's Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 couldn't entertain the audience in the first week as it registered a TRP of mere 0.8. KBC's magic seems to be fading as the show failed to strike a chord with the viewers despite the massive promotions.

TOP 10 HINDI SHOWS LIST- ANUPAMAA LEADS

Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa bagged the number one spot with a TVR of 2.4. Jhanak and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin secured the number two and three positions with a TVR of 2.3 and 2.2 respectively.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata and Udne Ki Aasha fetched a TRP of 2.2 in the current week. Advocate Anjali Awasthi took the number sixth position with a TVR of 2.1 while Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 registered a rating of 1.8.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is placed at the number eight position with a rating of 1.7. Shiv Shakti-Tap Tyaag Tandav and Laughter Chefs are placed at the number ninth and tenth spots with a TVR of 1.5.
