Barsatein Off-Air Date: Renowned for creating hits like Kkusum and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain for Sony TV, the soap opera queen Ekta Kapoor joined forces with the channel last year for Barsaatein - Mausam Pyar Ka. Starring Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon in the lead roles of Aradhana and Reyansh respectively, Barsatein made its debut in July 2023 amid considerable anticipation and excitement.

BARSATEIN OFF-AIR DATE REVEALED

A few months back, the creators introduced Simba Nagpal, the star of Naagin 6, as the parallel lead Jay Khurana opposite Aradhana (Shivangi Joshi) to elevate the entertainment quotient. While Barsatein has been receiving a decent response from viewers, rumors have been circulating about the show possibly going off the air next month after just a seven-month run. This news left the dedicated fanbase in shock.

As per the ongoing buzz, Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka is confirmed to end in February and the show's last episode is likely to air on February 15 on Sony TV. While AraNsh are heartbroken after the development, the channel has already decided on the new show that is going to replace Barsatein.

KUCH REET JAGAT KI AISI HAI TO REPLACE BARSATEIN?

As per the latest reports, Sony TV's upcoming show Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai is likely to replace Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka from next month. Yes, you read that right! For those who are uanware, the new show features Meera Deosthale and Zaan Khan in the lead roles and revolves around dowry.

Highlighting the protagonist's battle against this societal menace, the story unravels with Meera Deosthale essaying Nandini, a character deeply entrenched in tradition yet unwavering in her resistance against any ideology that jeopardizes a woman's dignity. Watch the promo here:

Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai is expected to showcase a varied ensemble, including Dharmesh Vyas, Saurabh Gumber, Pallavi Pathak, Bhumika Chheda, Sejal Shah, Khushi Rajpoot, and others. Meera Deosthale will portray Nandini, with Zaan Khan taking on the lead male role.
