Bhagya Lakshmi Leap Twist: For the past two years, Zee TV's Bhagya Lakshmi has captivated audiences with its compelling storyline, chronicling the highs and lows in the lives of Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare) and Rishi (Rohit Suchanti). In recent episodes, viewers witnessed a tragic accident where Lakshmi is presumed dead after the car she was traveling in explodes and falls off a cliff.
ENTRY OF NEW VILLAIN IN BHAGYA LAKSHMI
As Rishi grapples with profound grief over her demise, Bhagya Lakshmi is set for a 7-year leap, propelling Lakshmi into a new chapter of her life. Post-leap, Lakshmi will be seen living in a village with her daughter, Parvati, portrayed by Trisha Sarda. This dramatic turn in the storyline finds Lakshmi residing in a village in Punjab, under the care of her aunt, alongside her six-year-old daughter.
Amid all this, the latest buzz suggests that Bhagya Lakshmi is going to witness the entry of a new antagonist and the makers have roped in a talented actress to essay the pivotal role after leap. Well, we're talking about Krutika Khire who's best known for playing the character of Nisha in the popular Star Plus show Yeh Hai Chahatein.
In a recent interview, the talented actress confirmed her entry in Bhagya Lakshmi and expressed happiness for bagging an interesting role.

Revealing the same, Krutika told ETimes, "The creative team at Yeh Hai Chahatein (YHC) appreciated my work and decided to cast me in their ongoing show, Bhagya Lakshmi. I auditioned for the show just a few days ago while juggling between shots. My track in YHC will end in tonight's episode, with my husband Aditya (Manas Shah) killing me, and I begin shooting for Bhagya Lakshmi tomorrow, which is going for a seven-year time leap."
Sharing details about her role in Bhagya Lakshmi, the actress added, "My character Nisha in Yeh Hai Chahatein was that of a submissive wife, portrayed as innocent, timid, and fearful of her husband, even enduring abuse from him. However, in Bhagya Lakshmi, I am getting an opportunity to explore the opposite spectrum. My character is wicked, constantly scheming against the protagonist."
