Bigg Boss 17 update: Samarth Jurel, who's been one of the popular entertainers in the Bigg Boss season 17, remained in the headlines after Abhishek Kumar slapped. While nobody wants to be subjected to physical violence, the Maitree actor faced an incident of violence in the BB 17 house.

In the recent episode, viewers saw that Abhishek Kumar ended up hitting Samarth Jurel after they got into a heated argument.

Samarth and Abhishek were involved in a war of words owing to the issues they have had in the past. While the duo continued to have a verbal spat, Abhishek stepped forward and hit Samarth leaving the housemates in shock. It is one of the important rules of the game, wherein one contestant cannot physically harm the other contestant in any way.

All the contestants including Ayesha Khan, Arun Maheshetty, Ankita Lokhande amongst others said that they feel unsafe in Abhishek's presence in the Bigg Boss house. Munawar, who's one of Abhishek's best friends in the house even encouraged Samarth to get a lawyer and file a case if he wishes to.

Abhishek, who's been one of the most tyrannical contestants in the show has been seen getting aggressive and verbally abusing contestants inside the house. Salman even scolded him for the same and said that he needed to calm down as he could end up hurting someone due to his actions.
