Bigg Boss 17 elimination: The first week of 2024 was super dramatic in Salman Khan's reality show. From Anurag Dobhal getting evicted on the first day itself to Ankita Lokhande eliminating Abhishek Kumar for slapping Samarth Jurel, it was indeed a mind-boggling week for the audience.

ABHISHEK KUMAR ELIMINATION SHOCKS AUDIENCE

In a shocking development, Abhishek Kumar got eliminated from Bigg Boss 17 for breaking an important rule of the show. For the unversed, Abhishek slapped Samarth after the latter stuffed tissue in his mouth as the former fought with his girlfriend Isha Malviya.

Isha and Samarth targeted Abhishek, dragging his parents and mental health in their fight. Things turned heated when Abhishek slapped Samarth in a fit of anger when the latter put tissue in his mouth and tried to mock him.

Bigg Boss gave special power to Ankita Lokhande, asking her to determine if Abhishek deserved to stay or not. The Pavitra Rishta actress decided to eliminate the Udaariyaan star from the game citing the breaking of the important rule. As physical violence is prohibited inside the BB 17 house, she said that Abhishek deserved to be eliminated.

Abhishek broke down into tears following his eviction and expressed his desire to stay in the show.

ANURAG DOBHAL TO MAKE A COMEBACK TO BIGG BOSS 17?

There has been constant chatter about Anurag Dobhal's re-entry ever since he got evicted from Bigg Boss season 17. Is Anurag returning to BB 17 as a wildcard contestant? Contrary to the rumours, he is not re-entering the show and will reportedly shoot the special segment Bigg Buzz for JioCinema.

"Anurag Dobhal is shooting for Bigg Buzz with Krushna Abhishek. He is definitely not re-entering as wild card. However, there is still a chance to enter as guest for a day. #BiggBoss17," Bigg Boss Tak shared an update on Twitter.

It has been confirmed that the Bekaboo actor will make a comeback to the show. Salman Khan reprimanded Isha Malviya and Samarth Jurel for provoking Abhishek and targeting him. He slammed the other contestants for not taking a stand for Abhishek when his mental health was dragged in the fight.
