In the previous episode of the Salman Khan-hosted show Bigg Boss 18, Arfeen Khan was seen encouraging 'Anupama' serial fame Muskan Bamne. The actress was seen crying in the confession room while interacting with Bigg Boss. Later, Arfeen Khan was called in the confession room to help Muskan. Later, Arfeen advised the actress to up her game and told her to speak loudly.
In a clip shared by JioCinema, Arfeen Khan was also seen saying Muskan to argue with Vivian and the shake the housemates. Arfeen says, "You will argue with Vivian, shout at him and act in a way that will shock everyone in the house, which makes them wonder, 'What happened to her?' In that moment, you will tell everyone, 'Listen, I am not a child here. You all treat me like a child and that's why I've become quiet, but enough is enough.' The purpose is not to fight with Vivian, it's to show everyone in the house that they shouldn't mess with you. I want maximum performance."
