But, she was evicted last week, and well, there has been a controversy surrounding her where her estranged husband, Gaurav Saxena, has made a lot of allegations on her. Filmibeat recently interacted with Gaurav and spoke to him about the whole controversy.

When asked Gaurav about how they met and got married, he said, "In July 2021, I had made a profile on a matrimonial app, she also had a profile, and we got connected there. I spoke to her on 8th July, and then directly we spoke on 8th August. In September, then she messaged me that if you are serious about the relationship then you need to give me time, so from there we started talking daily. In October first week, I came to Mumbai, and met her face to face."

"She spoke to me about her previous marriage that her ex-husband used to hit her and her son. So, she had made these kind of allegations about her first husband. After meeting, within 30 days, she conceived my baby. So, the roots of our marriage was the child. We decided to keep the baby, and on 8th January 2022, we got married. So, this happened from meeting her to getting married," Gaurav added.

When asked Gaurav, if he thinks, Hema is a gold digger, he said, "Yes, she is! There was no other reason."
