This year, the show has an interesting lineup of contestants hailing from TV or film backgrounds. One of the notable celebrities set to enter the Bigg Boss 18 house is Chum Darang, known for her memorable role in Badhaai Do. The actress has set the stage on fire with her entry on the premiere night.

Badhaai Do actor Chum Darang officially entered as the eighth contestant to join the lineup of Bigg Boss 18. She was introduced by host Salman Khan. The actress looked absolutely ravishing in shimmery yet chic all-red attire. She was seen unleashing her fun side as soon as she entered and shared the stage with superstar Salman Khan. Her fun banter with Nyra Banerjee, Shrutika Arjun Raaj, and Tajinder Singh Bagga was worth watching.

For those unaware, Chum Darang hails from Arunachal Pradesh and she rose to fame with her stint in Badhaai Do. She played Bhumi Pednekar's love interest in the film which also starred Rajkummar Rao. The actress also played a key role in Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi. In addition to her acting career, Chum Darang was crowned Miss Tiara India International in 2017, adding a prestigious title to her accomplishments. She has also participated in various prestigious beauty contests, including North East Diva 2014, Miss Himalaya 2015, Miss Earth India 2016, and Miss Asia World 2017.

Talking about Bigg Boss 18, the show is airing on Colors TV on weekdays at 10 pm followed by Weekend Ka Vaar at 9 pm. This year the theme of the show is 'Time Ka Tandav' i.e., it revolves around the past, present, and future.
