Gossip mills have suggested that Salman Khan might skip hosting Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode amid Baba Siddique's death and threat from Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Speculations are rife that the Bollywood superstar might not host the weekend episode on Friday (October 18) this week.

It remains to be seen if Farah Khan or Karan Johar will replace him as the host of Bigg Boss season 18 for a week. Anil Kapoor's name has also been discussed as a probable replacement for Bhaijaan. The Animal actor had hosted Bigg Boss OTT 3, which was won by Sana Maqbul Khan.

When we contacted a reliable industry source to know if Salman Khan will skip the Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode, he quipped, "There are rumors that Salman might not host this week's episodes. His team is yet to give a confirmation to the channel as the weekend ka vaar shoot is scheduled for October 18. Things will be clear on Thursday (October 17)."

Ten contestants have been nominated for elimination in the current week. The likes of Shrutika Arjun Raaj, Karan Veer Mehra, Avinash Mishra, Chahat Pandey, Hema Sharma, Tajinder Bagga, Rajat Dalal, Shilpa Shirodkar, Muskan Bamne, Alice Kaushik are in the danger zone.
