A source close to the show exclusively told Filmibeat, "The makers have left no stone unturned to make the season a hit affair. They want to end things on a grand note with a blockbuster finale episode that will feature the top five finalists. In a major development, they decided to eliminate two contestants to create shock value in the show and entertain the audience."

The creative team added a new twist by changing the nomination process. Unlike the usual eliminations, the contestants who received the highest votes were not saved. The contestant, who earned the maximum votes from the audience, was asked to leave the show.

The makers changed the elimination process, leaving the audience shocked. Sai Ketan Rao and Sana Makbul were saved while Armaan Malik and Lovekesh Kataria got evicted. Armaan and Luv received the highest votes and therefore, had to bid adieu to the BB house.
