After a blockbuster Bigg Boss OTT 2 and successful Bigg Boss 17, the makers are gearing up for the premiere on a new edition. Remember the viewership records that BB OTT 2 broke in 2023?

Abhishek Malhan, Manisha Rani and Elvish Yadav's show emerged as a popular show even though it beamed only on OTT. Despite not airing on television, the show set new records and shattered all the viewership records on streaming platforms. Last year, Elvish registered his name into record books as he became the first wildcard contestant to win the show.

BIGG BOSS OTT 3 LAUNCH DATE: WHEN WILL SHOW PREMIERE ON JIOCINEMA?

While Bigg Boss OTT 2 launched in June 2023, the new season is said to be hitting the screens next month. May 15 has been kept as the tentative date for the reality show. The production house has remained tight-lipped about the development, however, there are strong mumours that the show will premiere on JioCinema in May 2024.

A source exclusively told Filmibeat, "The pre-production for Bigg Boss OTT 3 has commenced. Last year, the show performed very well and the makers have special plans to take things a notch higher in the third season as well."

BIGG BOSS OTT 3 CONTESTANTS NAME

The likes of Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe have been reportedly finalised for the show. Although there's no official confirmation, the two Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actors are said to be in contention for the upcoming edition of Bigg Boss.
