Dahej Daasi Actor Rajat Verma Reveals He Loves Monsoon, But Hates The Traffic

Rajat Verma, who is seen as Jay in Ravindra Gautam and Raghuvir Shekhawat's Dahej Daasi, which is produced under their banner Do Dooni 4 Films, shared that though he is a monsoon lover, it poses a challenge for the traffic, making it difficult to reach work on time.
He said, "One of the things I love about Mumbai is the monsoon season. I always look forward to it because the city looks very beautiful during the rain. However, if we're shooting, it gets really hectic and difficult." "For example, our set was in Naigaon, and the road conditions there are very poor, with many potholes and a lot of waterlogging. It becomes really difficult to stand, and the entire unit suffers. The camera unit also takes a long time to reach the location, causing a 2-3 hour delay in our shooting schedule. As a result, our shooting hours get reduced, and work starts very late, making everything move very slowly," he added. But Rajat further mentioned that despite these challenges, everyone is in it together, and they all deal with it together."
He added, "There are pros and cons. The pro is that I love the season. In the evenings, we enjoy sitting outside, and it feels great during the monsoon. When I get time off during the monsoon, I love going for treks."
"There are many trekking spots near Mumbai where waterfalls start flowing during the monsoon. Whenever I get a chance, I like to explore places in Maharashtra and places nearby Mumbai. I often plan outings with my friends during the monsoon because I love this season," the actor concluded.
