Producer Sandip Sikcand recently opened up in his interview with Telly Masala. For the unversed, Dipika was the leading actress at Sandip's show, Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum, where she was featured with Karan V Grover. Dipika garnered much fame after the show was aired, however, she stepped back after giving birth to her first child.

In the recent chat, Sandip expressed his wish to cast Dipika and Shoaib and make a love story with the husband and wife duo. The director further expressed his wish to remake Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha starrer Silsila on TV for which he would like to cast both of them. The director also expressed that both of them share a great chemisty and he would love to portray it on screen.
