Durga Promo: It's difficult to keep calm as Pranali Rathod is all set to make her return to the small screen with a new show. After winning hearts as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the TV diva is gearing up for the launch of an exciting daily soap where she will be seen in the titular role.

Filmibeat earlier informed our beloved readers about Colors joining hands with the makers of Jhanak for a new show. "The production house is making their grand debut on Colors TV with the new show tentatively titled Durga. Pranali Rathod was the perfect fit for the show as she aced the audition and look test. The makers are confident that the show will strike a chord with the audience just like their previous show Jhanak on Star Plus," a source told us.

Wondering when will the first look of Durga be revealed? If the recent buzz is to be believed, Colors channel will soon release the promo of Durga.

Indira Krishna, who recently dubbed for the promo of the show, praised Pranali for her dedication and talked about their bond.

Pranali Rathod-Aashay Mishra's show will be based against the backdrop of Jodhpur. The cast and crew travelled to Rajasthan to shoot the promo and important sequences of the upcoming daily soap. Last month, Pranali, Aashay and others completed the shoot of the serial in the Blue City.
