Elvish Yadav ARRESTED By Noida Police In Snake Venom Case, Sent To 14 Day Judicial Custody

Elvish Yadav Arrested: YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who became a household name after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2, has been making the headlines today for a shocking reason. It is reported that Elvish Yadav has been arrested by the Noida police in the snake venom case. The media reports also suggested that Elvish was presented in the court today and has been sent to 14 day judicial custody

Reportedly, Elvish was called for questioning in the rave party-snake venom case and was later arrested in the matter. For the uninitiated, the snake venom case dates back to 2023 when an FIR was filed against Elvish by the People For Animals (PFA) organisation following which the Noida police had raided a banquet hall in Noida sector 51.

The complaint included Elvish Yadav's name and accused him of organising rave parties in which they invite foreigners and arrange poisonous snakes. The reports also suggested that total nine snakes were recovered from the party out of which the venom glands of five cobras were removed, and the other four were found not to be poisonous.

However, Elvish had earlier rubbished the allegations levelled against him and stated, "Naam ke saath badnaami bhi aati hain. Jalne waale bhi badhte hain aur main hairaan nahin hoounga ki aane waale time mein mujhpe aur bhi ilzaam lagenge. Mujhe bhagwan pe poora bharosa hai Shri Ram ji pe bharosa hai. Ye time bhi jaldi beetega. (With the name comes notoriety, people who are jealous also increase and I will not be surprised that more allegations will be leveled against me in the future. I have full faith in God, I have faith in Shri Ram ji. This time will also pass soon)"

Elvish also stated that the video circulating on social media was from the shoot of one of his songs.
