Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Hitesh Bharadwaj entered as the new male lead in the Bhavika Sharma starrer TV show a few weeks back. Prior to Hitesh, Shakti Arora used to essay the character of Ishaan, who was the male lead of the show. Shakti's journey as Ishaan ended in the show as his character eventually died, making way for Rajat, which is now played by Hitesh. Till today, fans have not fully understood the reason for the need to end Ishaan's character as the show was doing quite well in terms of TRP. While one may think that Shakti and Hitesh may share a certain level of discomfort between them, Hitesh Bharadwaj, in an exclusive conversation with FilmiBeat, opened up about his first meeting with Shakti Arora, which was quite heartwarming.

When asked about the camaraderie and conversation between him and Shakti when they met on the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Hitesh said, ''He was very nice to me. I have met him twice. The first time I met him was when I went for the look test for the role of Rajat. The second time I met him was on his last day on the set. We talked really well. In fact, he told me that the show is on your shoulder, do it well. He also said that he will pray for me. I still remember his words, when he said he'll pray for me and how I am a good actor. I also remember when I first met him, he said that he has seen my Instagram profile and how I have a good artistic vibe.''

The actor further added, ''He was also very impressed that I am doing RJ also. So it was a very good vibe which we shared. I also told him that I saw his show, Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, and he recalled how that show was a good one. So yeah, that's how we talk and I genuinely felt a very good connection with him. I feel that's the maturity between two actors. We both know, in fact, every actor knows, that's how life is. He handled everything very gracefully, and his nature also inspired me a lot.''

Hitesh's conversation sheds light that while social media is busy comparing the two actors, both of them have nothing but love and genuine respect for each other.
