Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Actor Confirms Quit Ahead Of Leap: Star Plus' popular show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is making headlines for while as it is reported that the popular family drama is set to have a leap now. Starring Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma in the lead, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin will reportedly have a change in the storyline which will lead to a change in the cast. Yes! You read it right. Owing to the leap and a change in the cast, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has certainly got the tongues wagging.

To note, Shakti Arora, who played the role of Ishaan Bhosale in the family drama, has confirmed his exit from Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin post leap. It is reported that he will be replaced by Hitesh Bharadwaj as the new lead. But this isn't all. As per a recent update, another actor has confirmed his exit from the family drama. We are talking about Vijhay Badlaani who plays the role of Nishikant Bhosale in the show.

During his interaction with Pinkvilla, Vijhay stated that it will be a painful departure for him as he found solace on the sets. "Not many people know that I recently lost my mother in March. The recent months have been very difficult for me, however, I found my solace on the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. The cast and crew really held me in my difficult time and I was focused on dedicating the upcoming few years for the show, however, with the sudden leap, we are all together for the last few days. I must say, it will be a painful departure for me," Vijhay was quoted saying.

He further asserted that the news of the leap came as a shock for the team. Vijhay asserted, "Leap news came as a shocker for us. We were at 2.1 rating and taking a leap at this point didn't add up for most of us. Having said that, I have had an amazing journey so far in the show and I will always keep the happy memories close to my heart".

Meanwhile, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin will be having several new entries in the storyline post the leap. While Bhavika Sharma has been retained to play the lead in the show, she will be joined by Hitesh. Apart from Hitesh, Kaveri Priyam has also come onboard to play the parallel lead, while Varun Jain, Pallavi Pradhan and Sagar Saini has also joined the cast of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin to play key character post the leap
