Earlier, producer Rajesh Ram Singh denied the buzz about him getting replaced and said that leap is not on the cards. However, the makers later took a U-turn and continued their auditions for the new lead.

Hitesh Bharadwaj has been finalised as the new hero. The Udaariyaan actor will take over the charge from Shakti Arora as he has already shot for a promo. The promotional video is expected to be released this week.

"Hitesh aced the audition test and seemed the perfect choice for the role. He will be seen in a different role in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Shakti Arora will shoot for his last episode in the upcoming days. DID BHAVIKA SHARMA HAVE FIGHT WITH GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN MAKERS?

Interestingly, gossip mills earlier suggested that Bhavika Sharma will be retained in the show while a new hero will enter Savi's life. However, a report in Times Of India stated that the makers have decided to go for a new lead pair as they believe Ishaan and Savi's story cannot be explored any further.

While Shakti has confirmed his exit, Bhavika has not spilled the beans about leaving the show. Amid the hullabaloo over the report, speculations are rife that she has some issues with the production house of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. The rumour spread like wildfire on the internet.

According to Saas Bahu Aur Saazish, Bhavika engaged in a dispute with the makers of the show.

"According to SBS #BhavikaSharma might make her exit from the show as well (we haven't received any confirmation yet). SBS stated that Bhavika has been involved in a long-standing dispute with the production team due to some reasons," Gossip TV tweeted.
