The channel and the production house refrained from reacting to the rumours about the leap, leaving the fans confused. Earlier, producer Rajesh Ram Singh refuted the conjecture over Shakti Arora's replacement. He stated that the makers were not replacing Shakti as the male lead. However, it turned out to be a false statement.
