Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin twist: Star Plus' Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has remained in the headlines ever since rumours about the 'time jump' made it online. After one month of speculations, the channel and the production house finally confirmed the leap by sharing a promo on social media.

WHY SHAKTI ARORA LEFT GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN?

Shakti Arora has made an exit from Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein while Bhavika Sharma has been retained. The duo created ripples on the small screen with their sizzling chemistry. Ishaan and Savi's (IshVi) separation left the audience upset as they wanted to watch their love story in the serial.

As Ishaan's character was bumped from the show, Shakti Arora bid adieu to the viewers. Ishaan (Shakti Arora) was killed by Bhanwar Patil (Karanvir Bohra) as he attacked the Bhonsale family.

GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN NEW CAST AFTER LEAP

Hitesh Bharadwaj has joined the romantic drama as the new male lead, replacing Shakti Arora. He has taken over the charge from Shakti following the leap. The Udaariyaan actor is playing the role of Rajat in GHKPM. His character is a single father to Saisha (Sai).

Earlier a source told Filmibeat, "Hitesh Bharadwaj fits the bill perfectly for the role that we have envisioned. He will take over the charge from Shakti Arora. Hitesh and Bhavika looked compatible in the promo that we shot and their chemistry was also scorching. We are hopeful GHKPM will rise to new heights after the seven-year leap."

Rajat and Savi will be interconnected as Savi will form a bond with his daughter Sai. After Bhanwar Patil attacked her, Savi got injured in her stomach area. As a result, she cannot become pregnant. She will develop motherly feelings for Saisha and take care of her.

While Hitesh is seen as the new hero in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the likes of Amarya Khanna, Anuj Khanna, Varun Jain and Kaveri Priyama have also joined the show.

Gaurav Khanna's Chandrakanta co-star Ankit Arora has signed GHKPM. He will be paired opposite Kaveri Priyam in the daily soap. The actor confirmed his entry as Ansh Gujral, making the fans wonder if he is the new villain of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.

Ankit Arora is expected to bring a major change in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein with his entry.
