Starring Shakti Arora as Ishaan and Bhavika Sharma as Savi, the show often makes headlines for various reasons.

Now, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is poised to introduce a 10-year time leap, further intensifying the high-voltage drama within the Bhosale family. As reported earlier, the makers have plans of revamping the hit show and only Bhavika Sharma will continue post-leap while most of the cast members, excluding Ankita Khare aka Harini, are confirmed to exit.

Amid all this, Hitesh Bharadwaj has been signed to play the new male lead opposite Savi (Bhavika Sharma) in GHKKPM. While the makers are yet to make it official, his first look from the much-loved show is out now. The poster features Bhavika and Hitesh along with child artist Amayra Khurana, who has been roped in to play the important character of the new hero's daughter.

Although Savi dreamed of becoming an IAS officer, fate led her down a different path after Ishaan's death. After the time leap, Savi becomes a teacher, with her look reportedly inspired by Alia Bhatt's character Rani from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

Savi forms a bond with a young child (played by Amayra Khurana), eventually discovering that the child's father, played by Hitesh Bharadwaj, is a single parent with a troubled past. The child becomes a pivotal link, bringing the new leads closer together in the show.
