Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma's daily soap has remained in the headlines ever since rumours a leap surfaced online.

While the production house and the channel has refrained from speaking about the time jump, gossip mills have confirmed that the leap is set to change the storyline. Shakti Arora aka Ishaan will bid adieu to the romantic drama while Bhavika Sharma will continue to be a part of the show.

Amid the hullabaloo over the replacement and change in cast, the makers have finalised Hitesh Bharadwaj as the new lead. The Choti Sarrdaarni actor will replace Shakti Arora as the new hero of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.

"The Udaariyaan actor fits the bill perfectly for the new hero. We liked his audition as he nailed it completely. He also looks good when paired with Bhavika Sharma. So, we decided to go ahead with the casting," our khabri earlier told Filmibeat.

Ankit Gupta's Junooniyatt co-star Manasi Salvi has confirmed her re-entry in the show. While Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma are busy shooting for the wedding sequence in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Manasi has returned to the show. The talented actress spilled the beans on her return, stating that her episode will soon hit the airwaves.

She has confirmed her comeback on Instagram through a post. "Love Right Back. So much Love..So many Blessings & So much Patience.. Thank you to each of you.. Aapke Ghar Aa Rahi Hoon...Phir Se #ghumhaikisikeypyaarmeiin (sic)," the caption for the post read.

Guess what? Manasi commenced her shoot from Saturday (June 8). Her entry episode is expected to air on Star Plus later this week.

When asked about the leap, she told India Forums, "Today, I shot for the ongoing story, so I have no idea about the leap. It was a normal shoot, and I can't comment on it as I have no clue about it."
