Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Twist: When Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt bid adieu to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, little did people know that the serial would take another leap in a year. After keeping everything under wraps, Star Plus has finally released the promo that hinted at Ishaan's death.

GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN NEW CAST AFTER LEAP

Last year, Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma joined Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin as leads. They replaced Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh, taking over the charge from them. However, the production house is once replacing one of the leads. Earlier, producer Rajesh Ram Singh refuted the rumours about a leap, stating that he is not replacing Shakti.

However, the makers have taken the final decision. Hitesh Bharadwaj will be taking over the charge from Shakti. He is reportedly playing the role of a single parent in the romantic drama.

"The Udaariyaan actor fits the bill perfectly for the new hero. We liked his audition as he nailed it completely. He also looks good when paired with Bhavika Sharma. So, we decided to go ahead with the casting," a source exclusively told Filmibeat.

The likes of Kaveri Priyam and Varun Jain will also join the show following the leap.

WILL ISHAAN GET A MAKEOVER IN GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN?

There are mumours that the makers have plans to retain the character of Ishaan. However, there will be a massive twist. Ishaan is said to have a makeover in GHKPM. There's no official announcement about the same. Shakti Arora will reportedly shoot for his last episode on either June 15 or June 16. Following his exit, Hitesh Bharadwaj will enter the show.

Interestingly, Bhavika Sharma's character Savi will also get a makeover. She will become a school teacher after the leap track is introduced. Her look will be inspired by Alia Bhatt's film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which released last year.
