Imlie Story Update: Produced by Gul Khan, the Star Plus show Imlie premiered in 2020, starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani in the lead roles. The show quickly gained popularity, prompting the introduction of Fahmaan Khan as Sumbul's new co-star after Gashmeer's departure.

In a precap video of the latest episode, the Chaudhary family is seen performing Agastya's final rites, with blame being placed on Imlie for his demise.

Amid the ongoing speculations, Imlie producer Gul Khan and lead actress Adrija Roy has finally revealed the truth. Talking to Pinkvilla, Adrija cleared that Sai is not quitting the hit show and a big surpise is in store for the loyal viewers. Yes, you read that right!
She stated, "No, Sai is not quitting the show. We are heading towards one of the biggest twists. It is very exciting. As much as I want to share the plot update, I can't, because I want the viewers to experience the same. I'm sure the viewers are going to love this new twist which is quite unexpected."
Gul Khan also denied Sai's exit and added, "No, not at all. Nothing of that sort is happening."
Well, this is indeed a great piece of news for the fans of Sai Ketan Rao.
