KARAN VOHRA ON IMPORTANCE OF YOGA IN STAYING FIT
Yoga equips practitioners with the tools to manage emotions, reduce stress, and cultivate self-awareness, ultimately fostering a harmonious society. On the special occasion, TV actor Karan Vohra, who plays the lead role of Aryaman in Zee TV's Main Hoon Saath Tere opened up about importance of yoga in his life.
Talking about the same, the actor stated, "Even though I am more of a hard-core gym person, Yoga is like my secret escape from the crazy hustle and bustle of life. It's my way of recharging my body, mind, and soul, and gives me an immense energy boost. I generally meditate for 10-15 minutes every day in the morning with closed eyes and do box-breathing for a fresh start to the day."
He added, "I am more into cardio and weight training, and I visit to the gym for the same. I have recently started performing these basic Yoga exercises. Whenever I am tired, I try to meditate for some time in my makeup room as well and it refreshes my soul from within. I have been working on my 'Shirshasana' pose, it's difficult to balance my body upside down but I hope I can achieve it soon."
