Jamai No. 1 Today Episode: In tonight's (December 16) episode of Jamai No. 1, tensions rise among the Chotwanis when they see a firki (kite string) in Neel's (Abhishek Malik) hand at Trimbakeshwar. They suspect that the injury Kanchan sustained was caused by him. Their anger is evident, and Riddhi, visibly upset, confronts Neel, questioning how he could have been so careless.

Her emotions are heightened as she is reminded of her own traumatic past, where her father used to beat her mother. This memory fuels her frustration, making the situation more intense.

Meanwhile, Neel's father arrives with the children who were playing nearby. The children reveal the truth about the incident to Kanchan, clarifying that the injury was accidental and not Neel's fault. Realizing his mistake, Neel sincerely apologizes to Kanchan for the misunderstanding and for inadvertently being involved in the situation. However, Kanchan, still distressed, declares that she doesn't want to continue with the Pooja.

Riddhi steps in and gently pleads with Kanchan to complete the Pooja, reminding her of its importance. Reluctantly, Kanchan agrees, and the ceremony resumes.

Later, during the proceedings, Nani calls Riddhi to ask about the Pooja. Riddhi answers the call on speakerphone, and Neel overhears the conversation. Intrigued, he wonders whose voice it is, as it sounds familiar to him-something he had heard before but can't quite place.

As the Pooja draws to a conclusion, Neel's father, who is also the priest conducting the rituals, addresses Riddhi. He advises her to step inside the temple and offer her prayers to Lord Shiva to complete the ceremony with devotion and peace.
