Jamai No. 1 Today Episode: In tonight's (December 23) episode of ZEE TV's Jamai No. 1, Neel (Abhishek Malik) secures a job at Chotwani's, but his happiness is short-lived as his mother, Sumati, views it as a sign of trouble. She warns him about potential problems, but Neel reassures her, promising to manage everything.

Determined to prove himself, he brushes off her concerns and looks forward to starting his new job.

Meanwhile, Kanchan (Papia Sengupta) is in her room, deeply troubled by the thought of Neel's growing presence in their lives. She reflects on how no one has ever dared to challenge her, yet Neel openly speaks his mind to her without hesitation. This boldness unsettles Kanchan, and she becomes increasingly convinced that Neel's involvement will only create chaos.

Resolving to protect her life and peace, she decides to take steps to ensure Neel is kept away from their family.

RIDDHI FULFILLS HER GRANDMOTHER'S WISH TO PICK NEEL

The next day, a courier boy arrives with letters for Riddhi (Simaran Kaur). She casually instructs the staff to place them in her car. Later, as promised to her grandmother, Riddhi goes to pick up Neel from his house. Their conversation is anything but friendly.

Riddhi taunts Neel, accusing him of using her grandmother's influence to get the job. Her words are sharp and laced with disdain as she makes it clear that she disapproves of him. Despite Neel's calm demeanor, Riddhi warns him that he won't last more than two days in his new role.
