It turns out the alarm was triggered by Neel (Abhishek Malik), who had been performing a pooja on the office floor using incense sticks. The smoke from the incense set off the alarm, prompting everyone to evacuate.

As employees rush out, Riddhi notices a letter on her desk. However, before she can dwell on it, Kanchan urges her to leave the office, emphasizing that saving lives is the priority. Reluctantly, Riddhi follows Kanchan outside. Once they are safely outside, Riddhi confronts Kanchan about the letter and asks if she knows anything about it. Kanchan denies any knowledge, maintaining a calm demeanor.

Later, Kanchan quietly sneaks back into the office, determined to find the letter herself. She searches the area thoroughly but fails to locate it. Frustrated but cautious, she leaves without raising suspicion.

RIDDHI CONFRONTS NEEL AFTER THE FIRE INCIDENT

Afterwards, Kanchan checks on Riddhi, asking if she had taken her prescribed medicine. When Riddhi denies taking it, Kanchan suggests that the stress and confusion she's experiencing might just be her imagination, possibly exacerbated by skipping her medication.

Later, unable to let the incident go, Riddhi confronts Neel, asking how the smoke and fire alarm were triggered. Together, they review the CCTV footage, which clearly shows Neel performing Pooja with incense sticks. Realizing his mistake, Neel feels embarrassed and pleads with Riddhi not to fire him over the incident.

Riddhi assures him that she won't terminate his employment, but sternly adds that he will face consequences for his actions. She leaves him wondering what form the punishment might take, making it clear that such incidents should not happen again.
