In an exclusive chat with Filmibeat, Aishwarya Khare, the leading lady of Bhagya Lakshmi, opened up about how Janmashtami holds a special place in her heart and revealed that she's a big believer in Lord Krishna. Yes, you read that right!
The talented actress stated about the festival, "Janmashtami holds a special place in my heart as it is a celebration of Lord Krishna's birth, and I am a big believer of him. I still remember every year my father used to organize a Jagrata every year in Bhopal and we've been attending it. We used to dress up, go there to celebrate the festivities. As a ritual we beautifully adorned idol on a gently swaying jhula. I miss how my mom used to make the special panchamrit and Makhan as parshad every year for us. Even today, I make sure to visit a temple on Janmashtami and seek Lord Krishna's blessings every year. In Mumbai, this festival is celebrated on a grand scale, and I love strolling around the lanes to watch everyone trying to break the Dahi Handis. I wish everyone a very Happy Janmashtami!"
