As per the ongoing reports, Shaheer Sheikh's Mahabharat co-star Pooja Sharma has been chosen by the makers to play the female lead in Maddam Sir Season 2. While an official announcement regarding the same is still awaited, the show will mark the talented actress' TV comeback after a gap of six years.
Amid all this, the latest update suggests that Maddam Sir 2 has got a new title and will not air on SAB TV.
MADDAM SIR SEASON 2 TITLED PUBLIC POLICE; TO AIR ON COLORS TV?
Yes, you read that right! According to Gossips TV, the social media handle known for sharing updates related to TV celebrities and show, has revealed that the show's second season has been titled Public Police and it'll premiere on Colors instead of SAB TV.
The Twitter post reads, "#PoojaSharma CONFIRMED to play the female lead in Jay Mehta's next cop drama "Public Police" (earlier it was named as Maddam Sir Season 2) ; the show set to launch on Colors TV instead of Sony SAB!!"
