Mishri Full Cast, Real Name Of Actors: Shruti Bhist, Megha Chakraborty, Namish Taneja Are Leads

Mishri cast: Colors channel is on a roll these days as it is launching shows back-to-back. After introducing Suhagan Chudail, the leading GEC added Mishri to its fiction programming. The daily soap replaced Doree at 8:30pm slot from July 3.

Shruti Bhist, Megha Chakraborty and Namish Taneja play the lead roles in Mishri. While Namish has earlier worked in Colors TV shows like Swaragini and Vidya, Megha is fondly known for her role of Krishna in Krishna Chali London. She also replaced Sumbul Touqeer as the new lead in Imlie following the leap in the Star Plus serial.

Shruti Bisht, who plays the titular role in Mishri, opened up about her character and starring in a Colors show.

"Mishri is truly special to me as it marks my first collaboration with COLORS. Despite spreading joy wherever she goes, Mishri's own life lacks the sweetness she generously gives others. She is on a quest to transform her misfortunes into triumphs, come what may. Even after losing her parents and being treated as unpaid help by her own aunt, Mishri refuses to let circumstances break her loving spirit or her dreams of creating a better life. If there's one thing, I hope viewers take away from this show, it is hope," Shruti said in a statement as released by Colors channel.

Earlier in the day, the official Instagram handle of Colors TV released a promo along with the caption, "Raghav ko hai apni pasand se shaadi karna, dusri taraf Mishri ko chahiye sapno ko samajhne waala saathi. Kya qismat karega inn dono ki iccha poori?"

Mishri airs from Monday to Sunday at 8:30pm on Colors channel. It is also available for streaming on JioCinema.
