Mohsin Khan Reveals Suffering A Heart Attack & Getting Hospitalised At 32; Actor Reveals The Real Reason

Mohsin Khan Health Update: Mohsin Khan has been one of the most talked about actors in the television industry. He became a household name with his performance as Kartik in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and won millions of hearts. However, Mohsin has been missing from the screen post his exit from the show. And while fans have been eagerly waiting for Mohsin's return on the small screen, he left his fans quite concerned after he made a shocking revelation.

Mohsin Khan Suffers A Heart Attack

During his recent interview with Pinkvilla, Mohsin Khan revealed that he had suffered a mild heart attack last year and was hospitalised for a while. "I have completed 10 years in the industry. Out of the 10 years, I have continuously worked for 7.5 years and have taken a break of 2.5 years. After starring in 1800 episodes, I just felt like taking a break. So mainly the break was for that reason, but then I fell sick," the 32 year old actor stated.

Mohsin Khan Heart Attack Reason

In the interview, Mohsin revealed that he suffered a mild heart attack due to fatty liver and was hospitalised for a while. He further assured that his health is much better now. Sharing the reason for his heart attack, Mohsin revealed that he had developed a fatty liver. "The condition is called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It all happens when you don't have a fixed sleep pattern, don't eat right, all this matters. I think the condition is quite common," Mohsin emphsasised.

Furthermore, Mohsin revealed while he was hospitalised for a while and even had to change around three hospitals for treatment, his immunity took a toll. "I fell sick every few days. Now, I am much better and it is all under control," Mohsin was quoted saying.
