Naagin 7 lead: When will Naagin season 7 launch on Colors channel? This is the question on everyone's mind. Fans have not been able to control their excitement ever since Ekta Kapoor dropped a hint about the seventh season of Naagin. The TV Czarina didn't make an official announcement but suggested that the new installment is on the cards.

IS NAAGIN 7 DELAYED? WHAT'S THE REASON

Earlier this week, gossip mills suggested that Colors channel has put the plans on hold as it is content with the weekend numbers of its fiction shows. The reports claimed that Naagin 7 has been pushed to 2025 as the channel and the production house have not finalised the lead and storyline.

Colors TV and Balaji Telefilms' executives have remained tight-lipped about the development as they don't want to talk about Naagin 7 before the show goes on floors.

There were speculations about Ankita Lokhande, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ayesha Singh and Sumbul Touqeer receiving offers for the supernatural saga. After Tejasswi Prakash's brilliant performance in Naagin 6, the makers wanted to push the envelope and develop an intriguing season that can strike a chord with the audience.

Priyanka Chahar Choudhary opened up on the rumours of replacing Tejasswi Prakash as the new lead in the seventh installment of Naagin franchise. She broke her silence on the conjecture over being a part of the weekend drama.

Priyanka, while interacting with a portal, said that she was not offered the show. The Bigg Boss 16 star said that the shoot for the show will begin soon and the audience will get to know 'who is the new Naagin'.

"I haven't been offered Naagin 7," Priyanka told Tellychakkar. As PCC has clarified that she has not received the offer, we hope the rumour mills will lay to rest.

On the professional front, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary was recently seen in the music video 'Baar Baar' opposite Ankit Gupta. The Udaariyaan co-stars set the screens on fire with their sizzling chemistry. They also participated in Bigg Boss 16 where Priyanka emerged as the second runner-up.

The actress has also signed a big-budget Telugu film.
