New Year 2025 | Gudiyarani Actress Ekta Tiwari Shares Her Views About Resolutions: Why Wait For…

Actor Ekta Tiwari, known for her role as Flower in the popular show Gudiyarani, brings a refreshing perspective on New Year's resolutions and how she approaches life. With a candid and grounded approach, Ekta reveals that she isn't one to make promises or resolutions. "I don't do either for myself or for anyone else. I'm a doer, not a thinker. I just do things," she says, dismissing the traditional idea of setting resolutions for the year ahead.
For Ekta, the start of the year is less about resolutions and more about consistency and growth. "I don't make promises, I just keep going and growing gracefully," she shares. She believes in the power of action rather than waiting for a specific time or date to take charge. "If you want something to happen in your life, get it now. Why wait for New Year's resolutions?" she adds, emphasizing the importance of living in the moment and taking decisive steps toward one's goals.
The actor also acknowledges that maintaining physical activity and staying disciplined in work is a challenge. "Long-term resolutions for physical activity aren't always easy or tough, but they do get delayed due to work hours, shooting schedules, or health issues. But it's okay-like a bumper, you need to cross it slowly, and once you've crossed it, you can update your speed as needed," she explains with a pragmatic outlook.
As for her plans for the new year, Ekta doesn't have a strict agenda. "I'll pray, work out, and work on January 1st. The rest will fall into place automatically. Whether it's spending time with friends or traveling, I take things as they come," she says, portraying a carefree yet determined approach.
Ekta's philosophy of embracing life and moving forward without overthinking perfectly mirrors her approach to acting, where she focuses on the present and remains true to herself.
