Exclusive! Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Reveals, "After Bigg Boss, I Wasn't Behaving Like My Normal Self"

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is one of the most popular names in the Indian television industry. She played the lead role in the show Choti Sarrdaarni and was later seen as a contestant in Bigg Boss 16. This yea, Nimrit showcased her brave avatar and impressed us in the show Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. She did all the stunts amazingly, and there were many times when the audience felt that she will win the show. However, she reached till the semi-finals.

When Nimrit was in the Bigg Boss house, there were multiple reports of she being considered for Naagin and the movie LSD 2. Filmibeat recently started a new show FunTastic with Filmibeat, and Nimrit was our first guest on it.

While intrecating with her, we asked her about the reports of she being offered LSD 2 and Naagin, to which she said, "With respect to LSD 2, of course yes, it was offered. When I came out honestly I was not in the right head space. I realised that as first generation person, I am not going to get too many opportunities and if I am doing something, I need to give my 100 percent.

"After Bigg Boss I was drained. I wasn't behaving like my normal self. I had become extremely socially consious and what not. Obviously, because more than 300 cameras are at you, so you become a bit awkward, and it takes a while. So, that was a consious decision you know that maybe I should wait, work on myself, chill out a bit and then get on to something. But, Naagin was never offered to me. So, that was not true," she added.

When asked her if she would like to do Naagin if offered in future, the actress said, "I don't know. From the time, I have come out of Bigg Boss house, there has been no new season of Naagin (laughs). But, it is such a cult show. I used to see snippets of Tejasswi's different characters that she would play."

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Upcoming Projects

During the interaction, Nimrit revealed that she will next be seen in a Panjabi film and soon will be shooting for its second schedule. The actress also stated that she has a couple of projects lined up, but can't talk about it.
