Pandya Store TWIST: When Star Plus launched Pandya Store, little did the channel know that show would perform. The daily soap originally used to air at 11pm slot. The channel changed the timings, moving it to the early evening slot of 7:30pm slot. The gamble worked and the viewership of the show increased.

Pandya Store started with Shiny Doshi, Kinshuk Mahajan, Alice Kaushik and Kanwar Dhillon as the leads. They left the serial when the makers introduced a big generation leap. Barring Krutika Desai, the majority of the cast was changed.

Alice and Kanwar set the TRP charts on fire with their scorching chemistry in the show. The duo made waves with their on-screen romance in the show, which completed three years in January 2024.

Last year, Priyanshi Yadav and Rohit Chandel entered the show as the new leads. After a dip in TRPs, the makers managed to bring back the lost viewership. However, the daily soap has witnessed a drop in numbers in recent weeks.

There are even mumours that Star Plus might shift Pandya Store to the 6:30pm slot to make way for a new show.
