Pavitra Eijaz breakup: In a shocking development, Bigg Boss couple Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia have confirmed their breakup. The two popular celebrities, who fell in love during their stint in Bigg Boss 14, have parted ways after dating for over two years.

WHEN DID PAVITRA PUNIA-EIJAZ KHAN BREAKUP?

Speculations were rife that Eijaz and Pavitra were facing issues in their relationship; however, the duo never spoke about the same. Pavitra, in her last few interviews, had denied the conjecture about her breakup. However, she has now confirmed that she and Eijaz have called it quits.

According to a report in a portal, the former couple parted ways five months ago but they continued to share an apartment. The Kavyanjali actor decided to move out of the Malad home last month, the report in ETimes said. Pavitra continues to reside in the same apartment.

The Naagin 3 actress, while talking to the portal, opened up about her split. Wishing Eijaz all the best for his future, she said that she respects him a lot but their relationship couldn't last.

"There is a shelf-life for everything, nothing is permanent. In relationships, too, there can be a shelf-life. Eijaz and I parted ways a few months ago and I will always wish him well. I respect him a lot, but the relationship did not last," Pavitra Punia told ETimes.

Eijaz also sent his best wishes to his former girlfriend, stating that she will 'always be a part of his duas'.

On the professional front, Eijaz was last seen in Jawan which starred Shah Rukh Khan in a double role. Talking about Pavitra, she entertained the audience with his performance in Naagmani. The duo made waves with their chemistry in Bigg Boss 14. Despite their fights in BB 14 house, they patched up and later, started dating each other.
