Raksha Bandhan 2024: As India celebrates the beautiful bond of brother and sister, in an exclusive conversation with FilmiBeat, Faltu fame actress Niharika Chouksey and her brother Anmol, who made his television debut with Waghle Ki Duniya, get candid about their sibling bond and the importance they hold in each other's lives.

Niharika, who is three years older than Anmol, said that she has always been very protective of her brother. The actress said, "I feel even though Anmol and I fight every year-we fight a lot like any other siblings-but touch wood, till today there has not been a single Raksha Bandhan where we haven't been together. This day is like proof that no matter how much you fight with your family, at the end of the day, they are special and they are your family."

On the other hand, Anmol believes that although he fights a lot with Niharika, he misses her a lot whenever she is on set shooting her respective daily soap. Anmol said, "The core memory of every brother-sister relationship is definitely fighting with each other. When she gets married, we will remember those fights and might cry as well. And as they say, you fight only with those whom you love, so I believe I share a very strong bond with my sister. And yes, as she is mostly on shoots, at that time I feel like there is no one to fight or argue with. So yeah, I do miss that."

Niharika and her family originally belong to Madhya Pradesh and moved to Mumbai so that Niharika could pursue her acting dreams. While Niharika was always inclined towards acting, Anmol initially was not too fond of the entertainment field. In the same conversation, Anmol also mentioned that it was Niharika who actually boosted his confidence and made him believe that he, too, could be an actor.
