Rutuja Sawant Reacts To Poonam Pandey Controversy:Let’s Just Focus On Getting Vaccine For Cervical Cancer Done

Model and actress Poonam Pandey is currently the talk of the town because of her death publicity stunt which she did to raise awareness about cervical cancer. While some are praising her approach of spreading awareness, some are furious.

Actress Rutuja Sawant, who is a popular name in the entertainment industry, never shies away from sharing her opinions. Today, the actress shared a video on her Instagram in which she shared the impact of Poonam Pandey's death stunt in her life. She also requested everyone to get their vaccine done.

Rutuja said in the video,"I just want to clear that I am not supporting her, whatever she did was completely wrong, the approach was wrong but I just want to share the fact that when I saw the news I immediately called my mom to book an appointment to get myself checked and to get the vaccine because my mom was behind me since last two years to get this vaccine but I never took it seriously so ya I took the vaccine and I want each and every one of you to look at the situation in a very positive way."

She further said, "Like let's just stop hating on her and can we just focus on going to the doctor, getting an appointment and getting the vaccine please because the cervical cancer is very very dangerous and 80% of the women have it. I had no idea about this cancer and trust me after the news I researched about it and I was like I want to get this vaccine done immediately."

Lastly, Rutuja said,"I just want to request everyone to just stop hating on her like forget. she did whatever she wanted to do but now can we just go and get the vaccine done please please!"
