He shared that Jigar's wife, Priya Saraiya, who has written and sung many hit songs for the Sachin-Jigar duo, was once upon a time one of his students. And that is how, he fondly refers to Jigar as his "son-in-law."

Anandji Virji Shah said, "Many talented singers have emerged from my training camp, including Priya and Divya Kumar, who gained valuable experience through my Little Wonders show. Jigar's wife, Priya Saraiya, has written and sung several popular songs like Sun Saathiya. That's why, since Priya was my student, I jokingly call Jigar my 'son-in-law.'"
