While Sheezan continues with his legal battle, we asked him if he thinks he is in a calmer place when it comes to falling in love or being in a relationship, or if his focus is entirely on work. Sheezan said, "Focus is entirely on me, I would say. Because right now, I have a lot of things to deal with." When asked if love were to come knocking, Sheezan blushed and replied, "Then what can one do? But yeah, I am not looking for it, I am not behind it, because honestly, I don't have space right now for that (love) in my life. Whatever has happened, whatever is happening, I am so messed up right now in my life that I don't know how I would understand anyone, and neither do I want someone to understand me at this point in time."

Tunisha's mother has claimed that Tunisha and Sheezan were in a relationship and that their constant fights were mentally and emotionally draining for her daughter, which led her to take the drastic step of suicide. To this day, Sheezan has not acknowledged being in a relationship with Tunisha. It is stated that due to the legal proceedings, Sheezan's professional career has also been affected, and he has not been able to land any major projects post-Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
