Helmed by the makers of shows like Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, Rabb Se Hai Dua, and Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti, Suman Indori features Ashnoor Kaur in the titular role alongside Zain Imam and Anita Hassanandani. As shown in the promos, the plot is anticipated to focus on a male political leader Teerth (Zain Imam), exploring both his personal and professional life. Central to the story is a conflict that unfolds between his wife Suman (Ashnoor Kaur) and sisters-in-law Devika (Anita Hassanandani).

Seasoned actors Sai Ballal and Nishigandha Wad will be seen essaying important characters in the show. Sai Ballal, renowned for his performances in Kumkum - Pyaara Sa Bandhan, Kutumb, Udaan, Saraswatichandra, and Ghar Ek Mandir, will take on a dynamic role. Nishigandha Wad, currently appearing in LSD Films' Rabb Se Hai Dua, is thrilled to be collaborating once more with Colors TV and the production house.
