Teri Meri Dooriyaann twist: Star Plus' early evening show Teri Meri Doriyaann has managed to capture the attention of the audience with its drama-packed episodes. The makers have left no stone unturned to introduce shocking twists to spice up the drama.

WHY IS TERI MERI DOORIYAANN AIRING TWO EPISODES?

The recent episodes revolved around Angad, who is upset with his wife Sahiba for supporting Garry despite his past with the Brar family members. Amid the drama in the show, Star Plus announced double bonanza for the viewers.

Guess what? Angad and Sahiba will bring a double dose of entertainment as the show is airing two episodes since January 22. The trend started from Monday and will continue till Friday (January 26).

For the first time ever, a daily soap is airing two episodes in a day, that too in different time slots. While the first episode airs at 6pm, there's another fresh one that beams at 7pm. Considering the popularity of the show, Star Plus has experimented with a new strategy to gain numbers.

TERI MERI DOORIYAANN PROMO HINTS AT MAJOR TWIST

The recent promo dropped hints about Garry and Keerat's wedding. If this turns out to be true, it is likely to affect the relationship between Angad and Sahiba. While the couple is already facing issues in their married life, the wedding will act as a bolt from the blue.

Himanshi Parashar, aka Sahiba opened up about the new twist in Teri Meri Dooriyaann and revealed her thoughts about the show airing two episodes. " I feel blessed and grateful for the love being showered on Teri Meri Doriyaann and have managed to grab the attention of the audience. I am thankful for all of it. This in turn brings along a responsibility to work hard and bring the best for our viewers," she told IANS.

"Now there will be two episodes airing in a day from January 22nd to January 26th. It would double the hard work, but it will be worth it," the actress further told the news agency. She expressed her gratitude towards the audience for their love and support.

The show co-starring Vijay Kumeria has emerged as the slot leader at 7pm. It is one of the top five shows across all the leading channels as per BARC TRP ratings.
