Teri Meri Doriyaann Ending Real Reason: Teri Meri Doriyaann, produced by Shaika Films and Cockrow Entertainment, premiered on Star Plus in January 2023 to an enthusiastic audience. Starring Vijayendra Kumeria and Himanshi Parashar as Angad and Sahiba, the show initially soared in popularity, consistently topping the early evening timeslot and outshining several prime-time rivals.

However, as time passed, Teri Meri Doriyaann encountered declining ratings, prompting producers to make bold decisions. They introduced a significant five-year leap, which separated Angad and Sahiba. Additionally, Yogendra Vikram Singh, Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin co-actor, was brought in to portray Diljeet, Sahiba's new love interest.

Despite attempts to revamp the storyline, backlash from viewers over Angad and Sahiba's separation led to the eventual exit of Diljeet's character. Even after Angad and Sahiba reunited following the leap, the show struggled to regain its earlier ratings.

In a final effort to salvage the drama, the producers decided to write off Sahiba's character, portrayed by Himanshi Parashar, and introduced Gurnoor, Sahiba's look-alike. Despite these creative changes, Teri Meri Doriyaann continued to face challenges. Recent reports indicate that the show is scheduled to conclude in July, bringing an end to its broadcast. HIMANSHI PARASHAR REVEALS TERI MERI DORIYAANN OFF-AIR REASON

In a recent interview, Himanshi aka Sahiba finally opened up about her show going off-air later this month and revealed that she's going to miss being a part of it.

Reacting to the same, Himanshi told ETimes, "I am emotionally very attached to the show and my character Sahiba. It was a great experience playing Sahiba but viewership declined after the five-year leap. Since then, there were many changes in the script, a lot of twists and turns, but somehow the show was not able to garner the kind of viewership we enjoyed six months ago. I am no one to comment on the script and feel that it is the channel's decision and I respect it. At the end of the day it is business and the show has to get good viewership."

DIL KO TUMSE PYAAR HUA SET TO REPLACE TERI MERI DORIYAANN

For those who are unaware, Aditi Tripathi and Akkshith Sukhija starrer Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua is confirmed to replace Teri Meri Doriyaann from July 15 at 7 pm daily.
