Teri Meri Doriyaann Off-Air Reports: Teri Meri Doriyaann, produced by Cockrow Entertainment and Shaika Films, premiered on Star Plus in January 2023 and has been entertaining the loyal fanbase since the very beginning. Featuring Vijayendra Kumeria and Himanshi Parashar as the lead characters, Angad and Sahiba, the show consistently performed well on the TRP charts, outperforming many prime-time shows across various channels.

However, in recent months, the ratings for Teri Meri Doriyaann began to decline, causing concern among the producers. In response, they introduced a six-year leap and separated Angad and Sahiba. Additionally, Yogendra Vikram Singh, Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin co-star, was brought in as Diljeet, the new man in Sahiba's life.

However, as the post-leap narrative unfolded, the ratings witnessed a significant dip as the loyal fanbase did not appreciate the separation of Sahiba and Angad. In response to the audience's reaction, the producers decided to write off Diljeet's character. Even after Yogendra's exit and the reunion of Sahiba and Angad, the ratings did not improve.

In a further attempt to revive the show, the producers killed off Himanshi Parashar's much-loved character Sahiba, and reintroduced her as Gurnoor, Sahiba's look-alike. Despite these efforts, nothing seems to be working in favor of Teri Meri Doriyaann. Amid all this, the latest reports suggested that the show is set to wrap-up next month, in July.

While the development left SahAn fans disappointed, they're still hopeful that the reports turn out to be false. Now, lead star Vijayendra Kumeria aka Angad has finally reacted to the ongoing speculations.

Talking about the off-air reports, the talented actor revealed that he's not aware about it as the team is regularly shooting for the much-loved show. Reacting to it, Vijayendra told ETimes, "I have no idea about this. We are shooting and giving it our best."

While the ratings have dipped, the actor is hopeful that the new track will get acceptance from fans. He added, "The show started very well and there have been some interesting tracks in the past few months. Currently, they have introduced Himanshi in a double role, and hopefully the new track will connect with masses."

So far, the channel or the makers haven't yet reacted to the news.
