Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar update: When Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode didn't start airing at 9pm, fans started searching for the show online. Earlier, Colors channel had announced that the reality show would beam at 9pm on weekends. While the show continues to air at 10pm on weekdays, the timings have been altered for the Bigg Boss season 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode.

Earlier this month, Bigg Boss Tak also tweeted about the timings of Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode. The post confirmed that the show would telecast at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday.

"#BiggBoss18 will premiere on 6th Oct at 9 PM and thereafter every Monday to Friday at 10.00 pm only on COLORS TV and Weekend Ka Vaar, Saturday & Sunday at 9PM," the tweet read.

Colors TV has confirmed that the show will premiere at 9:30pm on weekends. The official Instagram handle of the channel released a promo to give a glimpse of the upcoming episode.

On Sunday (October 13), the viewers will witness a mahasangam between Bigg Boss season 18 and Laughter Chefs. Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek and Sudesh Lahri graced the sets of Salman Khan's reality show, adding a dash of laughter inside the BB house.

A reliable industry source exclusively told Filmibeat, "Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episodes were earlier scheduled to air at 9pm on Colors channel. However, the decision was taken to postpone the timings to 9:30pm due to multiple reasons. Mangal Lakshmi, which airs at 9pm, is one of the top fiction properties of Colors channel. The show is performing very well and the programming team doesn't want to affect the viewership on weekends. Bigg Boss 18 is expected to perform well even at 9:30pm slot, just like Khatron Ke Khiladi season 14. As BB 18 will air at 9:30pm, the show can easily extend till 11:15 and sometimes 11:30pm on weekends, strengthening the weekend programming of the channel."
